Artinsia is an Army Nurse Corps officer with 24 years of military service. Her journey began as a combat medic and has taken her through all three components of the Army—the Army National Guard, Army Reserve, and Active Duty. Along the way, she became a certified Army Coach, helping Soldiers and Officers thrive both while serving in uniform and as they transition to life after the formation.
Throughout her career, Artinsia has experienced the realities of service, sacrifice, and resilience. More importantly, she has been privileged to serve alongside remarkable individuals whose courage, commitment, and perseverance have reinforced her passion for leading, mentoring, and supporting others. Those experiences have shaped her belief that the greatest strength of the military community is found in the relationships built through shared service.
After the Formation was created to extend that sense of connection beyond military service. The platform is dedicated to supporting current service members, veterans, and their families by providing a space where people can find encouragement, mentorship, guidance, and genuine connection. Whether someone is navigating military life, preparing for transition, or discovering a new purpose after service, the goal is to ensure they never have to walk that journey alone.
Artinsia is honored to partner with John in building a community that inspires curiosity, fosters understanding, and encourages meaningful conversations among current and retired veterans. Together, they hope to create a place where experiences are shared, lessons are passed forward, and every individual feels valued, supported, and empowered to continue making an impact long after the uniform comes off..
